10% whole bunch, wild indigenous ferment, completely natural wine aged in French oak for 9 months before bottling.
Bursting perfume of violets and mulberry with eucalypt and mint. Blackcurrants lead on to the palete with nice medium weight and a lovely silky texture. Drink it now.

Hand-made at Ivybrook Farm winery.
Ivybrook Touriga and Cabernet grapes all hand-picked.
The small batch of Touriga was 100% whole bunch and gently foot trod and the Cabernet was wild fermented in an open-top tank, gentle hand plunge only 10 days on skins, then pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
Matured for 4 months in 100% French oak.
Bottled July 2022. Vegan friendly, Minimal Sulphites.
No fining and minimal filtration are used.

Ivybrook has small blocks of Touriga and Cabernet grafted onto Shiraz.
The vineyard is managed all by hand using natural farming practices.
