Ivybrook has small blocks of Touriga and Cabernet grafted onto Shiraz.
The vineyard is managed all by hand using natural farming practices.
Winery
The grapes from our vineyard are all handpicked in the early morning and fermented in a half tonne fermenters where it was hand plunged 2-3 times daily.
